Hanoi, Vietnam- Led M-Meeting, a meeting recording and real-time translation app, from zero to production as technical owner of its architecture, APIs, data model, frontend and infrastructure. It fully replaced Loom at HBLab and serves 225+ monthly active users across 1,900+ hours of meetings.
- Led a team of 2 developers building AI Hub, a multi-tenant SSO and permissions platform now serving 3 AI products; evaluated several approaches and chose an architecture that fits existing apps and lets new ones plug in without core changes.
- Replaced manual deploys with an automated GitLab CI/CD pipeline to AWS, cutting each deploy from 20 minutes to 2.
- Optimized M-Meeting's AWS infrastructure, cutting its monthly costs by 25%, and set up production monitoring with CloudWatch alarms and SNS email alerts.
- Reviewed the team's code and brought Claude Code into its workflow.

Jul. 2024 – Jul. 2025- Pickleball court finding and booking platform in Next.js and Node.js with an owner dashboard. JWT + Google OAuth2 auth, deployed with Docker and GitHub Actions.
